Throughout this retreat, you'll be guided through three transformative plant medicine ceremonies, each one offering a sacred space to deepen your journey of self-discovery, connect with heart-centered wisdom, and experience profound healing. Begin each day with grounding meditation, followed by yoga to center the body and connect with the breath. Dharma talks woven with Buddhist insights support heart opening and invite personal transformation.

All beings are welcome to join this weekly class, held every Tuesday, as we explore the transformative Buddhist practice of Metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Through guided meditations, inspirational dharma talks, and group discussions, we will nurture love, compassion, and connection while learning to dissolve barriers of judgment and fear. Together, we will cultivate unconditional love for ourselves and others, creating a boundless heart filled with joy and kindness.
