All beings are welcome to join this weekly class, held every Tuesday, as we explore the transformative Buddhist practice of Metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Through guided meditations, inspirational dharma talks, and group discussions, we will nurture love, compassion, and connection while learning to dissolve barriers of judgment and fear.
